What size am I?
Please check the size guide available in each product description to find the perfect fit before placing your order. Every product is made to order, so sizing accuracy is important.

When will I get my order?
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner. For U.S. orders, please allow approximately 7–21 business days for delivery. International delivery times may vary and can take up to 30 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping where available. Delivery times and shipping options may vary depending on your location, product availability, and fulfillment location. International orders may also be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
What if it’s past the estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order?
Start by checking with your local post office. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and shipping address so we can assist.
My order says delivered, but I don’t have it. What should I do?
Please check with your neighbors or local post office and confirm your shipping address. If the address was entered incorrectly, we may be able to reship the order at your cost. If tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive it, we are unable to cover replacement costs in those cases.

How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking link in that email to follow your package and view the latest updates. If you haven’t received tracking within 5 business days, please reach out.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to cancel or adjust it within 24 hours of ordering. After that point, changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need help.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
I received the wrong size, color, or item — what should I do?
Send us an email with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
