However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund if eligible.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect or defective items

  • Mislabeled items

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging

  • Include your order number and photo proof

🔄 Mislabeled Items

If your product was mislabeled, just email us and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

📮 Delivery Issues

Wrong Address:   If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Unclaimed Shipments: Orders returned due to being unclaimed will also require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
